Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Jax Beach, Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, St. Simons Island Georgia, Jekyll Island Georgia, Sea Island, and from Jacksonville to everywhere in the country.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Fully refundable if you cancel at least 4 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time.

What if my flight is cancelled or delayed?

We monitor incoming flights only and the chauffeur will adjust accordingly at no extra charge.

How long in advance do I need to pay the bill before the trip?

Do you offer car seats?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Child seats may be provided with an additional charge. Please request one if you need it. Regardless of whether the seat is provided by the passenger or by us, it is the obligation and responsibility of the parent, guardian, or other person responsible for the child's welfare to install the child seat. Transportation employees or affiliates are instructed not to install car or booster seats. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Can I bring food or drinks in the vehicle?

Beverages are allowed; however, messy foods and red wine may be restricted to maintain vehicle condition. We allow all foods and drinks — we just ask no glass beer bottles.

What if I left something in the vehicle?

Please contact our office immediately. Lost items are logged and returned as soon as possible; shipping fees may apply.
