Information we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect the name, phone number, email address, date of service, passenger count, pickup and drop-off locations and any trip notes you provide.
When you use the fare estimator, the pickup and drop-off you type are sent to Google Maps Platform to calculate driving distance. We do not store your location history.
How we use it
We use your information only to prepare your quote, arrange your ride, send your invoice and contact you about your reservation.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Text messages and calls
If you contact us by phone or text, we may reply by phone or text about your reservation. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Retention and security
Quote requests and reservation records are kept for as long as needed for business and tax purposes, then deleted. Submissions are stored on access-controlled systems.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing rides@sterlingprivatecars.com or calling 904-401-4536.
