Quotes and estimates

Prices shown by the fare estimator are estimates based on the driving distance returned by Google Maps. Your confirmed rate is the one on the invoice we send you.

Point-to-point pricing is a flat rate plus mileage with 20% gratuity included. Hourly local charter has a three-hour minimum and includes up to 40 miles per hour; extra miles are billed additionally.

Major events — including TPC and the Florida–Georgia game — are priced higher.

Payment

Reservations are confirmed by invoice. Payment is due 48 hours before the trip unless we agree otherwise in writing. Tolls and parking are billed at cost.

Cancellations

Reservations are fully refundable when cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations inside 4 hours may be charged in full.

Flights and wait time

We monitor incoming flights only and adjust pickup times for delays at no extra charge. Extended waiting beyond the agreed pickup window may be billed at the hourly rate.

Child seats

Child seats may be provided for an additional charge on request. Whether the seat is supplied by the passenger or by us, installation is the responsibility of the parent, guardian or other person responsible for the child. Our chauffeurs are instructed not to install car or booster seats.

Vehicle conduct

Beverages are permitted; we ask for no glass beer bottles. Smoking is not permitted. Damage or excessive cleaning caused by passengers may be billed.

Lost items

Contact our office immediately if you leave something behind. Lost items are logged and returned as soon as possible; shipping fees may apply.
